Order Processing
All orders placed on Create Creatine Gummies are processed on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders submitted early in the day may be processed the same day, while orders placed later may be processed on the next business day. In periods of high demand, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery within the continental United States typically takes between two to five business days. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or destination-specific factors. Orders placed outside the continental U.S. may require additional transit time.
Tracking Information
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient. Customs procedures may also delay delivery times. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may incur additional shipping charges to be resent. We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to wrong or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, unless the error occurred on our end. For approved returns due to our mistake, we cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Once an order has shipped, cancellations cannot be processed, but you may request a return once the order arrives.
